2021 Holiday Shipping Policy

We know it's important to receive your order in time for the holidays, and we're doing everything we can to make that happen. But due to the current global shipping crisis, this holiday season will be challenging for all online retailers. This is why we recommend placing your order before December 15 for standard shipping and December 21 for expedited shipping to ensure it arrives before December 25. Of course, the earlier, the better, so be sure to place your orders as soon as possible.

Standard Shipping Policy 

Orders take 2 business days to process, and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be unforeseen delays in shipping. Once you successfully place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with the order details. You'll also receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. If you don't receive these emails, check your spam filter or contact us for assistance.  

If you need to change an order, contact help@laugunabeachtextileco.com, but keep in mind, our shipping processes are fairly automated, and once the warehouse accepts the order changes cannot be made. 

Please review your order confirmation to ensure you provided the correct address. We aren't responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the provided address.
